Chris joins from U.S. Bank, where he administered mergers and acquisitions (M&A) escrows, reinsurance trusts, municipal and corporate bond relationships for several prominent state agencies, municipalities, transportation authorities, and Fortune 500 companies.

Chris previously held a Senior Relationship Management position at BNY Mellon, where he specialized in the administration of hospital and continuing care retirement facility financings.

Chris’s experience and expertise include:

• Closing and administration of high-profile M&A, depositary, and litigation escrows
• Involved with some of the most complex investment grade and high yield corporate bond transactions
• Administration of reinsurance trusts for major U.S. and overseas insurance and reinsurance carriers
